1. Shipping & handling

Once I have received your order, please allow up to 2-3 business days to process your print(s). Once your order is ready you will receive shipment confirmation via e-mail. Your print(s) will be shipped from my studio in Newcastle.

Domestic shipping (Australia)

Standard shipping takes 3-6 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 days. All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

International shipping (Canada & USA)

I currently do not shop internationally, but I am working on it. If you would like to enquire about international shipping, please contact me directly at info@camillecharette.com and I will try my best to accommodate you.

*Please be advised that your order might be subject to taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments, depending on your country of origin.

2. Return policy

Once your order has been processed, it is not possible to cancel it or get a refund. Therefore, all processed orders are final. If your order has not been processed yet, please contact info@camillecharette.com to cancel it and get a full refund.

3. Printing & materials

Each print is limited and numbered. A print edition refers to the total number of impressions from a given print. The numbering of a print shows the number of the print and the total number of prints in the edition.

All prints are printed on high quality fine art paper, which ensure sharp details and a matte finish. Cared for properly, the print will last a lifetime.

4. Care

Each print is packaged along with a care sheet detailing how to ensure your print stay beautiful for years to come. Avoid hanging the print in direct sunlight and keep away from humidity e.g. your bathroom.
